My Child’s Not Perfect : ITV

Maverick TV and ITV commissioned an emotive title card for the series “My Child’s Not Perfect”.
This concept was based on the idea of a child bringing their parents home a mug from school that was delicately hand-painted. The mug is lovingly used by the parent, despite an obvious chip and emerging crack in the ceramic.
The idea was to take something precious, both in a physical and sentimental sense, and despite the number of years use the mug has seen and a slight imperfection the mug is still as loved as the day it was brought home.
